Who qualifies for the Survivors’ and Dependents’ Education Assistance (DEA) Program?

Dependents of Veterans who died or are permanently and totally disabled due to a service-connected condition may qualify. Benefits include monthly payments for degree, certificate, and apprenticeship programs.
